Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. The terms below are measurable and apply as written.

14-day money-back guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days beginning on the date of purchase, as measured by the timestamp on your purchase receipt (UTC), provided you also meet the consumption cap below.

Consumption cap

You are eligible for a refund if you have completed fewer than 19 of the 92 course lessons, as recorded by our course platform. A lesson counts as completed when it is marked complete in your account. Our platform records are determinative. Your dashboard shows your completed-lesson count at all times.

No additional approval

If both conditions are met — within the 14-day window and under the lesson cap — your refund will be issued. No further approval is required.

How to request a refund

Email your request to support@thedirty630.com from the address associated with your purchase. Your request is timely if sent within the 14-day window. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What a refund revokes

When a refund is issued, your access to the Course and all included materials is revoked — including community access, downloads, and templates (if any). Any materials you have already downloaded may not be retained or used after a refund.

Exceptions that bypass the cap

Regardless of how many lessons you have completed, the following are refunded in full:

• duplicate purchases;
• billing errors; and
• verified technical inability to access the Course.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@thedirty630.com — we can usually resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is pending may delay resolution of your request.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. Where statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights apply to digital content (for example, in the EU or UK), those rights are addressed at checkout — where you consent to immediate access and acknowledge the effect of that consent on your right of withdrawal.

Changes to this policy

This policy has an effective date, shown above. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. We may update this policy from time to time, and any changes apply prospectively only.
