Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing access to The Dirty 630™ Trading System (the "Course"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Course.

1. Account registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2. License to access

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Course content for your own individual use. This license does not transfer ownership of any content to you, and may be revoked if you violate these Terms.

3. Intellectual property

All Course content — including videos, lessons, articles, images, and other materials — is the intellectual property of The Dirty 630™, Griffin Murphy, and Nick Menken, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights reserved.

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

  • share, lend, sell, or transfer your account credentials;
  • redistribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise make the content available to anyone else;
  • record, screen-capture, download (except where expressly provided), or otherwise reproduce the content;
  • scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access, copy, or harvest the content.

5. Payment

Course access is sold for the fee shown at checkout and is processed by our third-party payment provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and revoke your access, without refund, if you violate these Terms or misuse the Course.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Course is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Course is for education only and is not financial advice — see our Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Course is educational only, and The Dirty 630™, Griffin Murphy, and Nick Menken are not liable for any trading or investment losses arising from your use of the Course — see our Disclaimer.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Course or these Terms will not exceed the total fees you actually paid us for the Course.

The exclusions and cap above do not apply to liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or fraud, or to any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
